ETKA US Update?

I'm looking for both European & US versions of ETKA. The European version is pretty recent, but the US version is quite old. I think update 659 is listed while the current update version is 685. Is there going to be a newer version available soon? Is it possible to update the version available?

I was going to try ETOS as well, does it list US parts?

Also on shipping to the US, how long does it take? How expensive is it? I assume payment is made through credit card?
