and one more question: what about that "Customer No"? do i have to fill it?

Did you manage to get the "connect diagnosis hardware" error sorted? I have exactly same problem with KTS650. I have installed all the soft but KTS650 card is not on the list in Control Panel \ DDC.

Any help appreciated :-)
