Problem with WIS installation

I installed Wis and entered Licence key in PM, but when I start wis.exe I get an error:

Wirkung:Weiterarbeiten evtl. nicht moglich
Ursache:Interner Datenbankfehler "11011" aufgetreten
Abhilfe"Bitte informieren Sie Ihren Systemadministrator

It seems that it cannot connect with the database, but i don't know how to fix it.
I use the harddisk option.

When You setup WIS, click CLIENT, dont click SERVER
